Before we begin our first module, please make sure you have:

Signed and returned your Enrollment Agreement.

1. THE "80-HOUR" GOLDEN RULE
-
100% Attendance is Required: Per Maryland OHCQ regulations, you must complete every single hour of instruction.

The Clock Matters: Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as an absence for that hour.

Emergency? If you miss time, you must schedule a make-up session with the instructor immediately. (See Page [X] for fees).
2. SUCCESS CRITERIA (HOW TO GRADUATE)

Quizes & Final Exams: You will be tested on your knowledge of COMAR 10.07.14.17 and operational management.

The Passing Score: You must achieve a minimum of 80% on the final exam to receive your Certificate of Completion.

Retakes: If you don't hit 80% on the first try, don't panic! You are allowed one retake within 30 days.
3. STUDENT ESSENTIALS

Dress Code: Please dress in professional or business-casual attire. You are a "Manager-in-Training."

Classroom HIPAA: We often share real-world scenarios. All discussions involving specific residents or facilities must stay strictly confidential.

4. YOUR NEXT STEPS
