Why I Founded “The Towns Foundation Group, Inc. (TFG)” in 2019. I faced a health crisis that could have been avoided. Life got busy. We got distracted. And preventable risk factors: excessive alcohol use, poor sleep, obesity, unhealthy diet, tobacco use went unchecked until symptoms appeared. That experience taught me something powerful: Education and encouragement are the keys to health maintenance to keep seniors in their homes healthy and happy.
