Why I Founded “The Towns Foundation Group, Inc. (TFG)” in 2019. I faced a health crisis that could have been avoided. Life got busy. We got distracted. And preventable risk factors—excessive alcohol use, poor sleep, obesity, unhealthy diet, tobacco use—went unchecked until symptoms appeared. That experience taught me something powerful: Education and encouragement are the keys to health maintenance to keep seniors in their homes healthy and happy.
