Towns Foundation Group, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving public health outcomes for the elderly. Our mission is to reduce re-admission rates to large institutions by providing comprehensive social supports and health preventative methods. We achieve this by elevating the standard of senior care through specialized education and training for care providers, thereby ensuring the dignity, health, and community-based support of Maryland’s vulnerable senior population.
